Serif took over Original Tagines two years ago, during which time he has pampered the good folk of Baker Street and Marylebone with the delights of his original Moroccan fare.

Mustafa Tuac

Mustafa has worked as a chef for 15 years and has been working in London for the last 9 years.

Mustafa learnt the art of cooking in K. Maras in his home country, Turkey, and loves creating an original atmosphere for the restaurant, which he so successfuly achieves in the bubbly warm friendliness of Original Tagines.
